 
Just as we as individual human beings choose to come into the physical or P-domain existence and live in it for 80 or so years, we also choose the time period or civilization we want to be part of in the P-domain. The whole civilizations integrate themselves for a certain amount of time (usually for several hundreds or thousands of years) with the physical world.
We choose civilizations we want to be a part of in physical domain from the C-domain. Rome existed for a couple of thousands of years and then it detached itself from the V-Point of the physical world and disappeared.
