Terms and Conditions for Enrolling in CTP Club
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE
By submitting your CTP Club ("CTPC") enrollment application to CTP Energy Corporation ("CTPEC"), the Owner and the Operator of the CTP Club, and by using this site www.ctpclub.com, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of your membership (“Terms of Use”) in and use of CTP Club site as given below including CTP Club’s own Privacy Policy and you also agree to CTPEC’s overall corporate Web sites Terms Of Use policy and Privacy Statement.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of membership in and use of CTP Club and this site, do not enroll or use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise Terms of Use. Please check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of CTP Club members site following the posting of the changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
If you are a minor, you are not permitted to enroll unless your enrollment is submitted as a gift by your parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor "you" and "your" shall mean and include the parent or guardian acting on your behalf.

MEMBERSHIP FEE – CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership in CTP Club costs $9.95 on a monthly basis.
Your credit card submitted to us via our secure form or via PayPal in the CTP Club Enrollment Form will be charged automatically for $9.95 for the first month of membership once you complete the Enrollment Form and then the same card will be charged on a recurring basis or each 30 days.
You can only cancel future monthly recurring membership charges of $9.95 by filling out and submitting the Membership Cancellation form. There are no refunds or credits given for past monthly $9.95 CTP Club membership charges.
CTPC reserves the right to change CTP Club monthly membership prices and/or benefits at any time and notify its members within a minimum 30 days or longer time period about such pending change.

- 30% off on purchasing any CTP Merchandise at any CTP Energy Club presentations, seminars or lectures.

Your $9.95 monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to your credit card monthly via our secured processing servers or via PayPal. You can cancel your membership in CTP Club at any time. Your membership will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged the following monthly membership billing cycle.
MEMBER CONDUCT
You agree that any information you provide to CTP Club is truthful and accurate. You agree to not use CTP Club to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to any content you submit or post to or through the site; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these terms of use and will not cause injury to any person or entity and that you will indemnify CTP Club for all claims resulting from content you supply.
By submitting Content to any "Public Area"(e.g. public chat rooms, Discussion Groups, Classified Ads, Personal Ads, etc.) or responding to a request for Content from CTP you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted, the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such content.
You acknowledge that CTPC does not pre-screen content submitted by members, but that CTPC shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any content that is made available via CTPC by any user that violates these terms of service or is otherwise objectionable.
You also acknowledge and agree that CTPC may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process(b) enforce these terms of service(c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of CTPC, its users and the public.
CTPC grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of CTPC, or where expressly permitted. You agree not to use or resell CTP or the services it provides for any commercial purpose, including, but not limited to, sending unsolicited commercial messages.

COPYRIGHT
All materials on www.ctpclub.com as well as all other CTPEC Web sites are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by CTP Energy Corporation, it's affiliates, or other parties that have licensed to CTPC the right to use their material ("Copyrights"). Except as explicitly set forth, material from any CTPC site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights including but not limited to the trademarks. The use of any such material on any other web site or computer network environment is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Anything a user sends to CTPC, as between the user and CTPC, becomes the sole property of CTPC and is transmitted at the sole risk of the user. CTPC will assume no liability for interception of such transcriptions. CTPC will respond to customer inquiries and may also provide promotional information via email.
UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS
CTPC welcomes comments regarding its products and services as well as your opinions. However, CTPC's policy is not to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those it has specifically requested. We hope you will understand that the intent of this policy is to avoid misunderstandings when projects developed by CTPC's very productive staff are similar to someone else's creative work. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any such ideas. If, despite our request that you not do so, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information (collectively, the "Information"), the Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of CTPC. None of the Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of CTPC and CTPC shall not be liable or owe any compensation for any use or disclosure of the Information, other than such liability as arises out of the copyright or patent laws of the United States .
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The materials in this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, CTPC disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title to any of the materials provided on this site. In no event shall the aggregate liability of CTP exceed the total charges set forth on the itinerary giving rise to such liability. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall CTPC’s total liability to for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract tort including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site.
PRODUCT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
It is our intent to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available throughout the site and in our communications with you. Occasionally, information on CTPC may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and/or availability. CTPC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to lack of availability, including after your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
INTERNATIONAL USE
Accessing CTPC materials and services from locations outside the United States where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access any CTPC site from outside the U.S. do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
TERMINATION
CTPC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without liability, to terminate your member status to all or part of any CTP Club site or services, with or without notice, and to deny the purchase of any products or services, if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination you must destroy all materials obtained from CTPC and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION
Upon a request by CTPC, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CTPC and its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site. CTPC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with CTPC in asserting any available defenses.
OTHER
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or related to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein.
