The events in the physical world do not happen just out of nowhere.  Each event has associated C-domain conditions that if met, the event happens in the P-domain. 

Events in C-Domain are like colorful balloons all floating about freely and each with its own colors or conditions associated with it.  Most balloons just float around and a few land - make a contact with the physical plane and then they happen and we see them in the physical world.  At that point, they turn from probable events to P-domain filtered events.  We are not the victims of events; we create them!

While we are out of our physical body while we sleep, we constantly view and review various events that have not happened yet and those that have happened through the physical point called V-point.
