Ghosts are C-Bodies of individuals who have left their physical or P-body permanently so, of course, they are made of C-energy Units.

Ghosts that some people experience and see in our physical world are still stuck in the physical world C-energy frequency wise in the context of the physical life they liked and their vibration.  Some ghosts may not even be aware that they have physically died or have accepted that fact yet. 

These ghosts vibrate with C-energy frequency close to the frequency of our physical world because they want to interact with it all the time.  This is the reason why occasionally we can see them from the C-energy frequency range of our physical world. 

However, most of such ghosts are stuck on vices of the physical life including drinking, drugs, violence and sex thus they are often a source of negative energies and state of mind.  At different and higher levels of C-energy frequencies, you encounter much more pleasant and positive personalities and there are no negative energies.
