  The physical universe we see, galaxies and stars, are expanding in all directions. Some scientists say there is some sort of antigravity field doing this, some say it is due to the Big Bang explosion and expansion of the original matter, some say 70% of the Universe is made of "Dark Energy", but the answer to the ever expanding physical Universe is very simple.
Physical Universe Expansion is nothing more than the physical world representation of the expansion of C-energy in C-Domain as coded by the T-energy Units responsible for the creation of our particular physical world. The Conscious Energy or C-energy is always expanding in the C-domain, always searching new ways to express itself and part of that is reflected in creation of atoms, matter, planets, stars and galaxies in our and other physical universes with different range of C-energy frequencies.
The apparent movement of galaxies away from each other is simply a reflection how C and T-energy create physical worlds and how this process is perceived by an observer at any point-planet existing within one range of C-energy frequencies or a universe. You can say we are part of a C-energy bubble in multiple layers that is always creating matter and physical world all the time.
