Returns and Exchange Policy for Merchandise Purchases
We can process returns, exchanges and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by our ctpenergy.com and ctpclub.com Web sites.
Items that are shipped by another merchant (notice about such shipping given in the listing of such items sold on our Web sites) must be returned to the original merchant per that merchant’s returns and refunds policy.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If refund is due under the terms given below you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 3-6 weeks of our receiving your return.
T & Sweat Shirts, Jackets, Caps, Other Clothing
- You may return any item, with all original packaging, within 30 days of the original order date for any reason, for a full refund providing the items have not been washed, worn, soiled, and still in the original packaging, including tags (no exceptions). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted. There is an additional 10% restocking fee for requested refunds and returns.
- We cannot accept items returned and received more than 30 days after the original purchase date for any reason.
- You can exchange any ordered clothing merchandise for a store credit or a different size, color or type providing it is in the same condition as listed above for the returns. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges, but there is no restocking fee.
- All sales of clearance, discontinued, or retired items are final, they cannot be returned for refund.
CDs (Music), DVDs, VHS tapes (Media Items)
- You may return any unopened media item still packaged in the plastic wrap, within 30 days of the original order date only. No media purchased items returns accepted if they have been opened and original plastic wrap removed. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted. There is an additional 10% restocking fee for requested refunds and returns.

Books, Posters, Print Media
- You may return any books-print media, with all original packaging, within 30 days of the original order date for any reason, for a full refund providing the items have obvious signs of not been used. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted. There is an additional 10% restocking fee for requested refunds and returns.
- We cannot accept items returned and received more than 30 days after the original purchase date for any reason.
- All sales of clearance, discontinued, or retired items are final, they cannot be returned for refund.
Return for Refund or Exchange
To return an item for a full refund or exchange please follow these steps:
1. Print out and complete the Returns and Exchange Form (PDF format). Enclose the completed form in your package. We recommend that you make a copy of the completed form for your own records.
2. Send the merchandise you are returning or exchanging (with all of its original packaging) AND the completed form to the address below. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you include your Order Number in the mailing address. Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation email and/or on your original package.
IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED.

3. Mail your package. Please note that packages shipped to us C.O.D. or postage due will NOT be accepted. If the value of the item(s) you are returning is greater than $20.00, we recommend you also use insurance or electronic Delivery Confirmation.
4. Once your item is received, a credit will only be issued back to the credit card used to purchase the item. The credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable). Returns may take 3 to 6 weeks to process. Please allow at least two billing cycles on your credit card before contacting Customer Support if you do not yet see a credit on your statement for your returned order.
