
Many individuals around the world practice Yoga and Meditation and rightfully so. This is one way of being more aware of your inner self or your C-Body which in turn affects your physical body. Remember that State of Your Mind does effect the State of your Health.
Various physical body positions as taught by Yoga help to focus on ones spiritual and physical parts and make them be more in harmony with each other. It also enhances the awareness of our Higher Mind and C-body. We are mostly focused on our physical life and Ego Mind during the day.
Meditation gives us a chance to sense so much greater self we have via our C-body and to change our focus from psychical world and Ego Mind to our inner self and mind. This in turn also gives us more power in the Physical World. Individuals who use their C-body and inner self on a daily basis do much better in life than those who do not.
